Medicine Hat's Premiere Dance Studio, LimeLitez Dance Academy, continues to pride itself on excellent instruction, small dance class sizes, age appropriate costumes and choreography and above all, having fun! We offer quality classes in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, acro, hip hop, musical theatre and pre-dance. Beginner to Advanced, ages 2 1/2-adult. Come dance with us!


  • Small Classes

    Class sizes are limited to provide each student with the proper amount of attention needed. We always limit our class sizes to a maximum of 8 for students ages 2.5 - 5 and 12 for students ages 5 -18.

  • Qualified Adult Teaching Staff

    We provide fully qualified, adult dance teachers for your childs' dance classes! All of our dance teachers are over 18, and have a combination of qualifications from the Royal Academy of Dance, Leap n Learn Early Childhood Dance Program, Acrobatic Arts, Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts etc.

  • Dance Store

    Purchase required apparel, shoes and supplies at our onsite dance store. Open during studio hours as a convenience for busy parents!

Ballet

Ballet is the foundation of dance. Through ballet, dancers learn poise, grace, and self-discipline that carry throughout the dance world and into life.

Tap

Tap is not only a noisy form of dance, but is fun and exciting as well. Tap provides dancers with a strong sense of musicality and rhythm.

Jazz

Acro

Acrobatics is a very beautiful genre of dance, which incorporates elements of gymnastics, jazz, tumbling, and basic contortion. Students learn Acrobatic tricks such as handstands, cartwheels, chest rolls, elbow stands, walkovers and aerials.
